Grade‑2 black recycled TPU pellets

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomer)

TPU is a high‑performance environmentally‑friendly material. Core features: superior wear resistance (more than 5 times that of natural rubber), high mechanical strength (tensile strength up to 70 MPa) and high elasticity (elongation at break up to 1000 %). It boasts favorable environmental adaptability with oil resistance, mildew resistance and excellent low‑temperature tolerance down to ‑50 °C, alongside a wide adjustable hardness range from Shore A 60 to Shore D 80.

Main Applications

Broad coverage across industrial and civil fields: footwear materials (sports shoe air cushions, shoe soles), industrial components (cable sheaths, hydraulic hoses, sealing rings), consumer‑electronic products (phone protective cases, smart watch bands), automotive and medical supplies (auto spare parts, surgical gowns, medical catheters), as well as films & textiles (waterproof moisture‑permeable fabrics, inflatable products).

Please specify additional requirements including impact performance, melt flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pits and other physical‑property indicators.

MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality defects.
